Terms of use

Last updated October 22, 2026

ECYD (ecyd.app) is the web app of ECYD, a youth program of Regnum Christi, for its staff and the families who take part in its retreats, clubs and teams. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Using the app

• Use the app only for ECYD activities, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
• Give accurate information when you register or update your family's details. Parents and guardians are responsible for the information they give about their children.
• Staff may use the information they see only to run their section's activities, and must keep it confidential.
• Don't try to reach information you weren't given access to, or interfere with the app.

Registrations and payments

Registering for an event may require a signed release and a payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Questions about refunds or changes go to the section that runs the event.

Google Calendar

Directors who connect a Google Calendar let the app add their section's events to the calendar they choose and make it public, as described in the privacy policy. They can disconnect at any time.

Availability

We work to keep the app running and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees, and may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, ECYD is not liable for losses from using the app.

Privacy

How we handle information is explained in the privacy policy.
